Refund policy

As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold.

Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement of SIZE ONLY. 

Once the order is booked the same can not be cancelled.

In case the product is damaged, we need an opening video of the product and images of the product in damaged condition. All our products are subjected to quality checks before we ship them so we require an opening video of the product for us to address the issue. 

Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange.
